Heather Morgan

Heather Morgan, PHR, serves as the Benefits Manager at Citadel Credit Union since April 2015, where responsibilities include managing the HR Assistant's performance and assisting in the planning and management of human resources programs. Previous roles at Citadel included Sr. HR Consultant and Human Resources Consultant, focusing on benefits administration and program evaluation. Prior to Citadel, Morgan worked at Susquehanna Bank as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner, and as a Human Resources Liaison, partnering with leaders across various departments and aiding in policy interpretation. Early career experience includes recruiting for JFC Staffing Companies. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
