Wendy Turner

Wendy Turner is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in total rewards and diversity initiatives. Currently, Wendy serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Medavie since June 2020, overseeing compensation and benefits for a national workforce of approximately 8,000 employees. Concurrently, Wendy holds the position of Director, Total Rewards and Diversity, and Interim Director of HR Operations and Employee Relations at The Hospital for Sick Children, which employs around 10,000 individuals and volunteers.
