Jamie Digrande

Jamie DiGrande, MSA, CCP, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Total Rewards at The Taubman Company since March 2011, overseeing the entire Total Rewards program, which includes Compensation, Benefits, and HR Operations. Jamie has previously held roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Compensation, where responsibilities included aligning compensation policies with organizational objectives, managing compensation structures, leading a team, and consulting with senior management on compensation needs. Prior experience includes positions at McLaren Oakland and TIP Capital, focusing on HR compensation analysis, program design, and recruitment processes. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
