Justin Schakelman

Justin Schakelman, Ed.D., SPHR, serves as the Director of Learning & Leadership Development at Citadel Federal Credit Union since April 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Capital One and Director of Learning Solutions at Careerminds, where Careerminds' Outplacement 2.0 service integrated career consulting, e-learning, and online collaboration. Justin's earlier career includes positions as Corporate Vice President of Training & Development at TheaterXtreme, e-Learning Consultant/Instructional Designer at the University of Delaware, and Instructional Designer at WellSpan Health. Justin earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Educational Technology and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, both from the University of Delaware, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
