Stephanie Nickens

Stephanie Nickens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate services and event management. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Services and Corporate Giving & Volunteerism at Citadel Federal Credit Union, Stephanie leads employee events, internal communications, and corporate volunteer initiatives, successfully cultivating a culture of care for over 580 employees and achieving Great Place to Work® certification annually. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Seamless Events, Inc., where Stephanie managed organizational plans and enhanced operational efficiency, and various positions within the training domain at MidAtlantic Employers Association and other companies. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has pursued a Master of Science in Organization Leadership at Cabrini University.
