Aaron Moss

Aaron Moss has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Aaron is currently working at Citadel Securities as the Head of Recruiting - Technology since 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at Barclays, where they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition - Technology from 2022 to 2023, Head of Executive Recruitment Research from 2020 to 2022, and Executive Recruiter for Technology and Operations from 2016 to 2020.

Before Barclays, Aaron worked at Infosys from 2009 to 2016, where they held various roles including Head of Talent Acquisition - Executive and Campus Hiring, Head of Executive Talent Acquisition (CSG), Talent Acquisition lead (Edgeverve), and Talent Acquisition lead (Executive Hiring). Aaron was responsible for leading recruitment strategies and operations in these positions.

Aaron's early career includes a role as a Recruitment Advisor at Barclays Bank from 2008 to 2009 and roles at Anson McCade, where they served as a Principal Consultant and Team Leader from 2006 to 2008 and as a Senior Consultant from 2005 to 2006.

Aaron Moss attended the University of Sussex from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a BSc degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. In addition to their formal education, Aaron has obtained several certifications, including the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM, the Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn, and the Super Connecting: The Secret of Professional Networking certification, also from LinkedIn. Aaron received these certifications in February 2021.
