Alexander Chernyakov

Alexander Chernyakov, PhD, has a solid work experience in the field of quantitative research and trading. Alexander started their career in 2006 at Citadel as a Volatility Trader, where they gained valuable skills and knowledge in trading. After three years, they moved to Tower Research Capital in 2017 as a Quantitative Research Advisor, where they provided expertise and guidance in quantitative research. In 2019, Alexander joined Citadel Securities as a Quantitative Researcher, further expanding their experience and contributing to the company's success.

Alexander Chernyakov, PhD completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006. Alexander then pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance at Harvard University from 2009 to 2016.
