Balaji Venkataraman

Balaji Venkataraman has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Balaji began their career in 2005 as an Associate in the Global Strategic Risk Group at Merrill Lynch, where they worked until 2009. Balaji then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the Vice President and Head of Global Equity Trading operations, a role they held until 2010. Balaji then moved on to become a Vice President and Production Support Engineer at Bank of America Specialist in New York, NY from 2010 to 2011. Balaji then returned to Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the Vice President and Head of Operations for the Quantitative Trading Group from 2011 to 2012. Balaji's next position was as the Trading Operations Lead at Citadel from 2012 to 2018. Currently, they hold the role of Head Of Trading Technology Operations - Client Services at Citadel Securities, starting in December 2018.

Balaji Venkataraman completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago from 2002 to 2004.
