Bill Martin is an experienced professional who has gained valuable work experience in various industries. In 2012, they started their career as a Research Assistant at the Queensland Quantum Optics Laboratory, where they manufactured high-quality optical magnetometers. Bill then worked as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at James L Williams Middle East in 2016, gaining professional engineering experience in HVAC services.
In the same year, Bill also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at BHP Billiton, where they contributed to multi-disciplinary engineering projects and developed an Excel VBA macro to automate critical equipment registers.
From 2012 to 2016, they served as a University Tutor at King's College, UQ, tutoring students in various subjects such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, and French.
In 2018, Bill joined Vivienne Court Trading as an Options Trader, and later moved to Citadel Securities in 2020 to continue their career as an Options Trader.
Bill Martin attended Sunshine Coast Grammar School from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained their QCE degree. Following that, they pursued higher education at The University of Queensland from 2012 to 2017. During their time there, they earned a BEng/BSc degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics.
