Brad Adamo

Brad Adamo has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Brad began their career at the University of Notre Dame as a Tutor in Academic Services for Student Athletes from September 2008 to May 2011. Brad then joined Bain & Company in August 2011 as an Associate Consultant and progressed to become a Senior Associate Consultant from September 2013 to August 2014. Brad worked as a Consultant from September 2014 to July 2015. From June 2016 to December 2016, Brad worked as an MBA Intern in the Portfolio department at HgCapital. Brad returned to Bain & Company in September 2017 as a Consultant until August 2018. Brad then became a Case Team Leader from September 2018 to January 2019 and a Senior Manager from February 2019 to July 2021. Brad briefly served as an Associate Partner from August 2021 to September 2021 at Bain & Company. Brad joined Citadel Securities in September 2021 as a Vice President in Strategic Finance, where they worked until November 2022. From December 2022 to April 2023, they were a Senior Vice President in Strategic Finance at Citadel Securities. Currently, Brad holds the role of COO of Citadel Execution Services at Citadel Securities starting from May 2023.

Brad Adamo attended the London Business School from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, at the University of Notre Dame. At Notre Dame, their field of study encompassed Economics, Political Science, and Italian.
