Damien Neff

Damien Neff is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Systematic Trading Technology at Citadel Securities since October 2022. Previously, Damien held the position of Managing Director in Front Office Technology and Head of Execution Technology Development at WorldQuant LLC from October 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading the software engineering efforts for trading systems. From May 2008 to April 2015, Damien was a Lead Software Engineer at KCG Holdings, Inc., overseeing the 'Tick to Trade' team focused on high-frequency trading systems. Early career experience includes roles as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft and Electronic Arts, working on AI development for various high-profile video games and engines.
