David Kent

David Kent has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. David started their career at the University of Houston as a Research Intern in 2008. David then worked as a Research Intern at Case Western Reserve University in 2009 and at Auburn University in 2010. In 2011, they joined Epic as Technical Support, where they installed and configured new UNIX servers and Epic software, resolved software and performance issues, and managed technical projects. In 2014, David began working at Optiver as a Linux Engineer, and their responsibilities included working with Linux systems. David joined Citadel Securities in 2017 as a Linux System Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Site Reliability Engineer in July 2019.

David Kent attended Case Western Reserve University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
