Grayson Webster has gained diverse work experience throughout their career. Grayson started their professional journey as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Restaurants in 2012, where they excelled in delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships. In 2015, they served as a Student Assistant at Bounds Law Library and a Web Developer at The University of Alabama Housing and Residential Communities. Following this, they worked as an IT Applications & Integration Intern at Procter & Gamble in 2016. Grayson then joined the Center For Advanced Public Safety in 2015 as a Software Developer. In 2017, they became a Service Engineer Intern at Microsoft. Eventually, they transitioned to a Software Engineer II role at Microsoft in 2018 and continued their tenure until 2020. Currently, Grayson works as a Software Engineer at Citadel Securities.

Grayson Webster obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Management Information Systems (MIS) from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they also received a certification in "Moralities of Everyday Life" from Yale University.
