Kevin Grosman has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and quantitative research. Kevin started their career as a Researcher at SCHOMER & ASSOCIATES INC in 2016, where they worked until 2018. After that, they interned as an Algorithms R&D Intern at Wolfram from 2018 to 2019, where they developed and implemented algorithms related to Graph Theory and Geometry.
In 2020, Kevin had multiple internships. Kevin worked as a Teaching Assistant for Principles of Functional Programming at Carnegie Mellon University, where they led recitations and office hours and graded assignments and exams. At Google, they were a Software Engineering Intern, where they contributed to decreasing the size and startup latency of Android Google Maps through optimizations to Android Runtime's compilation algorithms. Kevin also had a Software Engineering Internship at Citadel Securities, where they automated exchange feed regression testing and improved data pipelines' reliability.
Recently, Kevin joined Citadel Securities as a Quantitative Researcher, starting in 2022.
Kevin Grosman attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued concurrent enrollment. Following this, they enrolled at Carnegie Mellon University from 2019 to 2022, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
