Lindsay Martens

Lindsay Martens has extensive work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Lindsay started their career at KPMG LLP in 2007, where they worked in International Tax until 2010. Lindsay then joined Citadel LLC, where they held various roles including Campus Recruiter from 2010 to 2014, PhD/Quantitative Research Recruiter from 2014 to 2017, and Head of Campus Recruiting from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, Lindsay Martens joined Citadel Securities as a Senior HR Strategist.

Lindsay Martens holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Lindsay pursued this postgraduate program from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Lindsay earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
