Mark Wilkinson

Mark Wilkinson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 with ITG as an Associate Vice President Trading until June 2014. Mark then joined Citadel Securities in July 2014 as a Trader, and later became the President of Citadel Securities Canada ULC in January 2016. In February 2019, they took on the position of Head of FICC Systematic Trading at Citadel Securities. In addition to their roles at Citadel Securities, Mark also served as a member of the Market Rules Advisory Committee at IIROC starting in October 2016. From October 2017 to October 2021, they were a member of the Market Structure Advisory Committee at the Ontario Securities Commission.

Mark Wilkinson attended the University of Waterloo from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Systems Design Engineering. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute, including PDO, TTC, DFC, CPH, and CSC. Mark also obtained certifications from FINRA, including S24, S57, S7, and SIE.
