Michelle Shen

Michelle Shen started their work experience as a Student at the Research Science Institute (RSI) in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at AwesomeMath and later as an Instructor at A-Star Summer Math Camp. In 2019, they were a Developer Winter Intern at Jane Street and also served as a Research Assistant and Computer Lab Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2020, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Aavia and as a Trading Intern at Citadel Securities. In 2021, they had internships as a Software Engineer at Citadel and Facebook. Currently, in 2022, they hold a position as a Trader at Citadel Securities.

Michelle Shen attended Park Tudor School from 2014 to 2018. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2018. Michelle pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2022.
