Scott Szatkowski's work experience begins in 2011 when they worked at St. Francis High School as an IT Systems Aid. In 2013, they worked at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology as a Calculus Grader. The following year, they were a Summer Researcher at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. In 2015, they were a Korean Program Mentor at the same institute. In 2016, they had two internships: one as an Optical Engineering Intern at Precise Path Robotics, Inc., where they worked on sensing mechanisms for an autonomous greens-mower, and the other as a Tutor at Rose-Hulman Homework Hotline, where they answered phone calls from students and parents. In 2017, they were a Systems Engineering Intern at Raytheon. In 2018, they worked as a Risk Analyst Intern at DRW. Currently, they are working at Citadel Securities as an Electronic Trading Analyst, where they engage in daily trading and trading desk operations, as well as release pipeline and risk controls.

Scott Szatkowski completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics and Optical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Statistics at Columbia University from 2017 to 2018.
