Shane Huber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Shane began their career as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they gained experience in marketing and communication planning. Shane also had the opportunity to co-host the 2017 UMass Athletics Student Athlete Moments of the Year Awards Show. Following this, they interned as a Marketing and Communications Intern, assisting with marketing and communication plans for UMass Athletics sport programs. Shane continued their internships at UMass Amherst as a Finance & Administration Intern, where they worked closely with the Associate Athletic Director for Finance & Administration in budget planning and long-term strategic planning.
Later, Shane joined MarketAxess as a Client Service Associate, where they provided support to clients and assisted with daily operations. Shane then advanced to the role of Sales Associate, where they further developed their sales skills and played a crucial role in driving revenue. In their most recent role at MarketAxess, Shane served as the West Coast Sales Relationship Manager, managing and nurturing client relationships on the West Coast.
Shane's most recent work experience is with Citadel Securities, where they are currently employed as a Credit Sales professional.
Shane Huber obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2013 to 2017. In addition, they obtained two certifications, the Series 7 and Series 63, from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in October 2018 and March 2019, respectively.
