Will Shao

Will Shao has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2015. Will started their career as a Web Developer at Millersville University in 2004. In 2005, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Caltech. Will then joined PortBlue Corporation as a Software Engineer Intern in 2006. In the same year, they also worked as a Platform Engineer at Yahoo. In 2007, they became a Teaching Assistant at Caltech. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Quantitative Trader at TransMarket Group, L.L.C. From 2010 to 2014, they held multiple roles at RGM Advisors, LLC, including Partner and Quantitative Researcher. Finally, they joined Citadel Securities in 2015 as a Quantitative Researcher.

Will Shao attended Caltech from 2004 to 2008, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics.
