Xiao Xiao

Xiao Xiao's work experience includes positions at various companies. From February 2020 to July 2021, they worked as a Quantitative Researcher at Citadel Securities and later became a Senior Quantitative Researcher/Manager. Prior to that, from April 2018 to February 2020, they worked as a Vice President at Instinet Incorporated. From June 2015 to July 2017, they worked as a Quantitative Strategist at KCG Holdings, Inc. Lastly, from August 2010 to May 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at Columbia University in the City of New York.

Xiao Xiao attended Nankai High School from 2003 to 2006. They did not earn a degree or specify a field of study during this time.

From 2006 to 2010, Xiao Xiao studied at Peking University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics.

Later, from 2010 to 2015, Xiao Xiao attended Columbia University and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics.

In addition to their formal education, Xiao Xiao also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received the Series 57 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In 2017, they obtained the Series 7 and Series 63 certifications from FINRA as well. Xiao Xiao also completed multiple online courses in deep learning and machine learning from deeplearning.ai in December 2017 and February 2018, specializing in topics such as Sequence Models, Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects.
