Yahya Alavirad

Yahya Alavirad started their work experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland in 2014, where they worked until 2020. Yahya then joined the Simons Foundation as a Postdoc from September 2020 to December 2022. Following this, Yahya became a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UC San Diego until December 2022. Currently, they are a Quantitative Researcher at Citadel Securities starting from November 2022.

Yahya Alavirad pursued their education in physics, focusing on theoretical and mathematical physics. Yahya attended the University of Maryland from 2014 to 2020, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Sharif University of Technology from 2009 to 2013.
