Zhao Wang

Quantitative Research Analyst at Citadel Securities

Zhao Wang has had extensive work experience in the financial and technology industries. Starting in 2012, Zhao worked as a Summer Intern at CITIC Securities and later as a Quantitative Analyst Intern at Ronin Capital. In 2013, Zhao took on the role of Research Assistant at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business before transitioning to a Software Engineer position at The MathWorks. In 2014, Zhao joined Akuna Capital as a Quantitative Analyst before moving on to Citadel Securities, where Zhao currently holds the position of Quantitative Research Analyst.

Zhao Wang began their education at Tsinghua University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Automation Engineering from 2007 to 2011. They then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Yale University from 2011 to 2012. Finally, Zhao completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Financial Mathematics at the University of Chicago from 2012 to 2013.
