Zhuofan Xie

Zhuofan Xie's work experience starts with a role as a Quantitative Research Analyst at Citadel Securities, which began in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Quantitative Research Analyst Intern at Citadel Securities from June to August 2020. They also worked at the MIT Department of Mathematics, where they held multiple positions. From February to June 2020, they were a PRIMES Circle Mentor. Additionally, from February to May 2020, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher, focusing on the comparison of nonnegatively curved sl_2(R) connections on a surface. In 2019, they served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the MIT Department of Mathematics. Their earliest experience was at Chuangzhilu Inc., where they worked as an R&D Analyst and Instructor of High School Math Olympiad from March 2017 to July 2018. In this role, they wrote algebra and combinatorics books, delivered lectures at high schools, and designed course materials and tests.

Zhuofan Xie began their education at Tsinghua University High School in 2011 and completed both their high school and middle school education there, though the field of study during this time is not specified. In 2018, they enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, which they successfully completed in 2021. Immediately after their Bachelor's, Zhuofan continued their studies at MIT and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Science in the same year, 2021.
