Zihao Wang (Alex)

Zihao(Alex) Wang has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Zihao(Alex) began their career as a Technical Systems Analyst at RBC in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at McGill University. Zihao(Alex) then interned as a Software Engineer at Apple in 2014 and Facebook in 2015. In 2016, they interned as a Software Engineer at Snapchat and also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Zihao was a co-founder of 2Z Technologies Inc. from 2015, where they provided comprehensive information and crowdsourced reviews for businesses to Chinese residents and tourists in Metro Vancouver. Zihao(Alex) is currently working at Citadel Securities as a Quantitative Researcher, a position they have held since 2017.

Zihao (Alex) Wang completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, and Mathematics at the University of Waterloo from 2012 to 2017. In April 2021, they obtained the Deep Learning Specialization certification from Coursera.
