Christie Neuhaus

Christie Neuhaus currently serves as a Quantitative Research Pipeline Manager and Campus Recruiting Events Lead at Citadel since October 2021, previously holding the position of Software Engineering Pipeline Manager. Prior experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2014 to October 2021 includes roles as a Campus Recruiter, Lateral Recruiter overseeing the hiring process for multiple lines of business, and Learning and Leadership Development Analyst managing learning events and onboarding programs. Christie also gained early experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch through internships in 2012, 2013, and early 2014, where responsibilities included supporting training programs and coordinating recruitment efforts. Christie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College, completed in 2014.
