Yuan Liu

Yuan Liu is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in various roles within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Data Science Manager and Tech Lead for the Brokerage Trading Product at Robinhood since January 2020, Yuan has progressed through various senior data science positions within the company. Prior experience includes leadership roles at C3 and data scientist positions at BNY Mellon and Nascent Objects. Yuan’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis, along with a Master’s from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's from Nankai University. Complementing this experience, Yuan has held teaching and research positions in economics at both UC Davis and IUPUI.
