Elfrid Unwin

Elfrid Unwin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People for International Equities and Head of HR for Commodities at Citadel since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at Macquarie Group from March 2014 to June 2018, Talent Acquisition at Deutsche Bank from November 2012 to March 2014, and Principal Recruitment Business Partner at Citi from June 2010 to November 2012. Earlier in the career, Elfrid worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Venn Group from October 2009 to June 2010. Elfrid holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from BPP University and a 1st Class Honours degree in Anthropology from Queen's University Belfast, along with an International Exchange Scholarship in Economic Anthropology from UNSW.
