Emily Eaton

Emily Eaton is currently the Head of Global Benefits at Citadel, where Emily leads a team in managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring project success within budget. Prior to their current role, Emily held various positions at Mercer, starting as a Consultant and working their way up to Partner and Global Consulting Leader. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University in math and economics, Emily's career has focused on employee benefits consulting and strategic management. Emily also serves as a People Manager for junior colleagues within their department.
