Martin Lau

Martin Lau is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Citation Group and Citation HR since December 2017, as well as at enableHR since March 2014. Lau has successfully transformed software engineering practices to emphasize user-centered design and quality, building high-performing development teams across multiple countries. Previous roles include Enterprise Architect at Permeance Technologies, where significant contributions were made to large Australian firms, and Lead Software Engineer at the NSW Department of Education and Communities, delivering solutions for various educational stakeholders. Lau has a background in consultancy and technical architecture, with experience at AMP Financial Services, Verity, Inc, and SPD Consulting, among others. Lau holds a Master of Information Technology from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Flinders University.
