Karina Jakovleva MAAT FCCA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karina currently holds the position of Financial Accountant at CITB since December 2019. Karina Jakovleva MAAT FCCA has a comprehensive education history in the field of accounting and taxation. Their educational journey began at Latvia University from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued BTEC Business Management. Following this, they attended Bedford College from 2004 to 2005 to complete a NVQ Level 2 Food and Drink Service qualification.
In 2008, they returned to Bedford College and enrolled in the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) program, which they completed in 2011. During the same period in 2008, they also obtained a NVQ 3 Business Administration certification from Bedford College.
Continuing their pursuit of professional development, Karina embarked on the path of becoming a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from 2011 to 2015.
Furthering their specialization in taxation, Karina joined The Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) from 2015 to 2016, focusing on the field of taxation.
Their most recent educational endeavor was as a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) student, a program they pursued from 2017 to 2021 to deepen their knowledge and skills in Chartered Taxation.
