Shareena Burgess has a diverse work experience. Shareena started their career at npower in 2010 as a Customer Administrator and worked there until 2012.

After that, they joined CITB in 2012 as a Customer Coordinator and held this position until 2014. Shareena then transitioned into the role of Quality and System Coach at CITB from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they became a Customer Service Team Leader at CITB and worked in that role until 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, Shareena served as a Product and Service Coordinator at CITB. Finally, they took on the role of Standards and Qualifications Developer at CITB starting in 2020.

Shareena Burgess attended Maghull High School from 1998 to 2005, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during their time there. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following qualifications: Fair and Effective Recruitment from CITB in November 2016, Impact and Influencing from CITB in October 2016, ICS - Communications from The Institute of Customer Service in September 2016, Train the Trainer from City & Guilds in August 2016, and Practical Coaching for Managers from CITB in September 2015.
