Alberto Danese

PHD Student at CITCEA-UPC

Alberto Danese is an Innovation Consultant at R2M Solution since May 2022 and a PhD student at CITCEA-UPC, focusing on the FuChar Project related to grid and charging infrastructure, in collaboration with SINTEF and NTNU. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Ecoserveis and a Research Intern at CITCEA-UPC, where Alberto conducted research on extended Kalman filtering models for battery State of Charge estimation. Alberto has also worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Azelio AB, analyzing the market potential for small-scale Concentrated Solar Power in Italy, and as an Assistant Laboratory Technician at Politecnico di Torino, where responsibilities included data analysis in energy and organizing sustainability events. Alberto holds multiple advanced degrees in Energy Engineering and Sustainable Energy Engineering from prestigious institutions, complemented by a course in Entrepreneurship and an intensive course in Energy Engineering.
