Marcel Verhoef

Marcel Verhoef serves as the Head of Risk & Control at The Citco Group Limited since June 2004, overseeing a global team of operational and IT auditors in the Banking division and managing the Audit Plan in collaboration with various Audit Committees. Previously, Marcel held the position of Director, Business Partner Internal Audit for Citco Fund Services, where responsibilities included executing the annual Audit Plan for IT and managing audits related to fund accounting and compliance processes. Prior experience includes serving as an Audit Manager at KPMG and Manager of Risk Consulting at Arthur Andersen. Marcel holds multiple degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, including a Master of Science in Economics, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and a certification as a RE, Certified EDP Auditor.
