Cassie (Luqi) Xiao

Cassie (Luqi) Xiao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2020, they joined CITCON as an Account Manager, where they provided account management services until September 2021. From September 2021, they transitioned to the role of Implementation Project Manager at the same company. Prior to joining CITCON, Cassie worked at Galleria Supermarket as a Marketing Coordinator from August 2018 to November 2019. Cassie (Luqi) also gained experience as a Student Caller Representative at the University of Guelph - Alumni Affairs & Development from September 2017 to April 2018. In 2016, Cassie held two roles; they worked as an Account Coordinator at Sina Com Technology (China) Co. LTD from September 2016 to January 2017 and as a Marketing Coordinator at 51.CA from May 2016 to September 2016.

Cassie (Luqi) Xiao's education history begins with their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management Co-op, which they pursued from 2014 to 2018 at the University of Guelph. Following that, they enrolled in the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2021 to 2023, where they obtained their MSCM degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.

In addition to their formal education, Cassie also pursued various certifications. In July 2018, they obtained the AdWords Fundamentals certification from Google's Academy for Ads. Cassie (Luqi) further enhanced their digital marketing skills by obtaining The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google in July 2019. In October 2019, they acquired the Google Analytics Individual Qualification. Finally, in May 2020, Cassie completed the SQL Fundamentals certification from SoloLearn.
