Alex Llewellyn

Alex Llewellyn has extensive experience in the petroleum industry. In their current role at CITGO Petroleum, they oversee all assets and operations of the Blending & Transfer units at the refinery. They have also held various key positions such as Process Engineering Group Lead, Logistics Manager, and Operations Process Engineer for FCC and Hydroprocessing units. Prior to their time at CITGO, they led the development of a bio-filtration device that removes arsenic and uranium from drinking water at WaterCAMPWS. Their education includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
