Jose Ramón Pocaterra

Jose Ramón Pocaterra is a professional in the financial area with 20 years of experience in the oil and gas business sector. He held the position of Financial Planning Manager for one of the Extra Heavy Crude Projects of the Orinoco Oil Belt, initially at the Upgraded Division and then in the corporate offices in charge of the Budget and Financial Control area. He also has held managerial positions in the manufacturing sector in other private companies. Mr. Pocaterra has a Bachelor of Business from Universidad Santa Maria, Venezuela, and a postgraduate diploma in Coporate Finance from Universidad Metropolitana, Venezuela. He earned a Minority Business Diploma from the University of Texas and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA) School of Management, Venezuela.
