Mariona Domingo Salinas has worked in various customer service roles since 2018. Mariona began as a Guest Service Agent at Hotel Duquesa de Cardona Barcelona, where they provided direct, written and telephone customer service and supported the reception, restaurant and events departments. In 2019, they moved to anima hotels as a Recepcion and Atencion al Cliente, where they provided written, direct and telephone customer service and managed hotel reservations. Since 2022, they have worked at Evenia Hotels as Reservas, Atencion al Cliente y Yield Management, where they provide telephone and written customer service, manages hotel reservations, and resolves incidents with other departments. Mariona also began working at Citibox in 2022 as a Customer Care.
Mariona Domingo Salinas has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Universitat de Girona, from 2016 to 2020. Mariona then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Airport and Aeronautical Management and Direction from Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid in 2021. Mariona also obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from ESNECA Business School in 2017-2018. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Air bookings and rates from Amadeus in October 2019, and in Microsoft Office Specialist from Euroinnova International Online Education in January 2019.
