Shaojian Zhang

Shaojian Zhang is an accomplished professional in private equity and consulting, currently serving as an Operating Partner at CITIC Capital since May 2020, and as Managing Director at Yushi Consulting, also since May 2019. Shaojian has significant experience in advising on strategic technological and business innovation issues, further enhancing expertise through an advisory role at Design Order Company starting April 2024. Previously, Shaojian held leadership positions including CEO at Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. and Managing Director at Yushi Consulting, where extensive advisory work was conducted for Fortune 500 companies, state-owned enterprises, and start-ups.
