Changying Yang

Changying Yang is an accomplished professional in power plant operations and maintenance, currently serving as Operation & Maintenance Superintendent at CITIC Pacific Mining since June 2013. In this role, Changying oversees power plant operations and personnel management, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reliability, and cost containment. Previously, as a Senior Process Engineer, responsibilities included developing operational procedures and providing technological advisory support. Prior experience includes serving as Shift Supervisor at Jiangsu Ligang Power Station, a coal-fired facility in Wuxi, China, with a total generating capacity of 3,960 megawatts. Changying holds a Bachelor's Degree in Automation of Electric Power Systems from Shanghai University of Electric Power and has additional education from Southeast University.
