Leigh Durant is an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and management. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager for Port & Marine Operations at CITIC Pacific Mining since April 2018, Leigh previously held the role of Maintenance Superintendent at the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Improvement Specialist at BHP, Reliability and Improvement Engineer at CITIC Pacific Mining, and Mechanical Technician at Linkforce. Leigh contributed to various projects and shutdown work in the Pilbara region. With over twelve years in engineering, Leigh has developed expertise in maintenance methodologies, including preventative and reactive maintenance, supported by a degree in Mechanical Maintenance Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire.
