XiaoMing Hu has extensive experience in the mining and processing industry, currently serving as the General Manager of the Operation Management Department at CITIC Pacific Mining since August 2007. Key responsibilities include overseeing the WA Magnetite Ore processing plant's operations with a strong emphasis on safety compliance and efficiency. XiaoMing's professional history outlines a progression from functions such as Senior Process Engineer to Chief Technical Engineer, where contributions involved technical support, production planning, and long-term processing improvement projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Iron Making and Steel Making, and a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Prior to the current role, XiaoMing worked as a Project Assistant for the initial phases of the Sino Iron Project.
