Taylor Lam

Taylor Lam is the Chief Strategy Officer at CITIC Telecom CPC. Taylor has over fifteen years of experience in management consulting, covering a wide range of industries. Taylor has a deep understanding of the telecoms and media sector, with extensive experience leading projects on due diligence / company valuation, market entry / board room / operational strategies, and regulatory advisory.

Prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, Taylor was the Principal at Analysys Mason, where they led the development of the company's Hong Kong office. At Analysys Mason, they advised clients on telecom, media and technology matters spanning commercial due diligence, spectrum valuation and strategy, operations improvement and new product launch / market entry.

Before their time at Analysys Mason, Taylor was a Senior Engagement Manager at Value Partners. During their eight years at Value Partners, they managed projects across a variety of industries, including telecoms, media, financial service and retail.

Taylor began their career as a Business Development Manager at PCCW in 2003. During their four years at PCCW, they gained valuable experience in business development and project management.

Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Hong Kong.

Taylor Lam studied Electrical, Information Science and Technology at the University of Cambridge and Queen's College, Hong Kong. Taylor then went on to complete their MEng in the same field at the University of Cambridge.

Taylor Lam reports to Frank Cai, Vice-Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Catherine Lo - SVP, HR & Administration, Ivan Lee - VP, IT Services & Data Science, and Lok Ka Chiu - Chief Vice President, Mainland China Operations.
