Melissa Bohse

Melissa Bohse, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and public administration, currently serving as an HR Advisor, Consultant, and Trainer at Cities and Villages Mutual Insurance Company since February 2024. Previously, Melissa held the position of Human Resources Officer for the Wisconsin Court System from March 2020 to August 2023. Other notable roles include Assistant Finance Director and Human Resources Manager for the City of Middleton, Wisconsin, from December 2014 to March 2020, and Village Manager for the Village of Fox Point until December 2014. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant City Administrator and Director of Human Resources for the City of Mequon and as a Management Analyst for the Village of Woodridge. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from Augustana College.
