Balázs Toldi

Balázs Toldi currently serves as the Global Business Execution Leader and Country Head for Hungary and Hub Managed Countries at Citi, a role held since January 2020. Previously, Balázs held various leadership positions at GE Capital from January 2011 to January 2020, including Head of Corporate Banking, where responsibilities encompassed corporate banking segments, treasury, trade finance, and commercial excellence. Balázs also acted as CEO and Chairman of Budapest Leasing Ltd. during this tenure. An early career included a directorial role at ING from October 2005 to December 2008, overseeing the successful integration of Citi's Asset Based Lending business following its acquisition. Balázs holds multiple executive MBA degrees from WU Executive Academy and the University of Minnesota, alongside a degree in Social Counsellor to the Judiciary from Eötvös Loránd University and a diploma in Economics from John von Neumann University.
