Bedant Das

Bedant Das has extensive experience in data management and technology, holding significant positions in multiple organizations. At Citi from 2002 to 2006, Bedant served as Vice President, focusing on Anti-money Laundering applications for Global Consumer Banking-International, delivering a complex compliance project within a 20-month deadline. Since 2008, as Senior Vice President, Bedant has led the development of a Nextgen Data Warehouse product utilizing advanced ETL and BI tools, enabling in-depth performance analysis for business managers. Prior experience includes working as a Data Warehouse Consultant at Sony in Singapore from 1995 to 1998, where Bedant managed a team and oversaw all phases of a data warehousing project. Bedant began the professional career at Tata Consultancy Services from 1988 to 1995 as an Associate Consultant, specializing in Microsoft Windows programming. Educational background includes a Master of Technology in Industrial Management and Engineering from Saraswati Vidyalaya and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
