Binu Mathew

Binu Mathew is the Senior Vice President at Citi, currently serving as the Global Head of Instant Payments Change Management within TTS (P&R). Binu's previous roles at Citi include Vice President, where they led TTS Commercial Cards Fraud and Disputes Management in Asia and Japan, as well as several senior vice president positions overseeing various operational and change management projects. Prior to their time at Citi, Binu held multiple management roles at Citibank India, focusing on fraud risk management and operations. Binu earned a Bachelor of Business Management with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Christ University, achieving first rank at Bangalore University in 1993.
