Biser Dimitrov

Biser Dimitrov is an experienced technology leader with a focus on digital assets and distributed ledger technology. Currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Assets/DLT Technology and the Global Head of the DLT Center of Excellence at Citi, Biser has demonstrated expertise in driving innovation in financial technologies. Previously, Biser held the role of Director of Product Development & Innovation at Mastercard and served as an Enterprise Blockchain Architect at Tata Consultancy Services. In addition, Biser has held key technological leadership positions as VP of Technology at BlockEx and TRADOLOGIC, where responsibilities included overseeing technology initiatives and managing teams across the APAC region.
