Caroline Lee

Caroline Lee, PMP, is currently the Senior Vice President and International Construction Management Commercial Lead at Citi, where they oversee operations in the APAC and EMEA regions. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of APAC Construction Management at Citi and held various positions within the industry, including Associate Director at Arcadis and Senior Procurement Specialist at Borouge. Caroline began their career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and has accumulated extensive experience in quantity surveying, cost management, procurement, and contract management across multiple companies. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from RMIT University and a Diploma in Building and Property Management from Singapore Polytechnic.
