Dianne Foss

Dianne Foss serves as Vice President of Legal Innovation and Technology at Citi since April 2020, where expertise in Contract Analysis and Extraction tools has been utilized to assess and implement optimal legal technology solutions. Prior to this role, Dianne was a Consultant in Business Systems at HSBC from February 2004 to November 2019, leading fraud detection projects and implementing SAS Enterprise Fraud Management across various global business units. Dianne's career began at Keane, Inc. as a Senior Consultant from March 1995 to November 2003. Dianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
